Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (India)

• Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days
• Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3-5 business days
• Remote areas: 7-10 business days

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹999
• Flat ₹99 shipping on orders below ₹999
• Cash on Delivery (COD) available across India

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp and email. You can use this to track your order in real time.

International Shipping We ship internationally. Delivery timelines are 10-20 business days depending on the destination country. International orders are subject to customs duties and taxes as per the destination country's regulations — these are the buyer's responsibility.

Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
